Landlords and Managing Agents should also ensure that the COMMON PARTS of Homes of Multiple Occupancy (HMO's)have had a Fire Risk Assessment conducted to ensure all fire risks have been identified by removing or reducing them.The Means of Escape,Fire Alarm,Emergency Lighting,Fire Extinguishers,Fire Safety Signs and good Fire Safety Management and to include a robust Emergency Plan is in place to comply with the RR(FS)O 2005.
