The Burning Questions is probably one of the most unique training DVD's available as it breaks with the normal conventions of training and involves everyone who is attending the training session.

The Burning Question - General Fire Safety 2009 covers fire evacuation and fire safety/prevention in the workplace and is suitable for training staff in most workplaces. As with previous versions of this programme the training is based around a questionnaire which comprises of 10 questions, some of which are multiple choice and others require short written answers (click here for a sample questionnaire).

At the start of the training session the delegates are given a copy of the questionnaire which they then complete. Once everyone has finished the questionnaire the DVD is shown which then provides the answers and additional relevant information.

Not only does this programme ensure that staff become involved in the training, but it also gives the trainer the opportunity to assess what staff have retained from previous training sessions. Additionally, the completed questionnaires also provide a permanent training record.
